Best ever gig performed: International weekender, Balaguer, Spain.

Best ever gig attended: My first, an Iron Maiden concert, I was 14 with long hair (sorry all photos have been burnt!)

Worst ever gig and why: VJ day 50th anniversary, the promoter booked us, a rockabilly trio, and the audience were all ex-servicemen/women. They spent the whole first set with their hands over their ears, and two old dears screamed blue murder at us.

Most amusing story from gigging: Well all I can say is it involved the drummer of  the band I was in, a blow up doll and some muscle relaxant.

Biggest Influence on musical career: Willie Dixon, his timing and bass lines are fantastic.

Musical Equipment used: I use a 16 year old German laminate ¾ Bass, with steel Spirocore strings, an Armstrong pickup, a transducer for the click, backline is a 400 watt Ashdown Head, driving, 4x10 Ashdown cab and a 1x15 Ashdown cab.

 Dream job:  Craig’s job!!!!!!!!!!!!

Likes: Cooking, having friends/family get togethers, building/ fixing things.

Dislikes: Marmite, peanut butter, not being able to speak another language.

Best Musical achievement: Having Johnny Powers trying to sign the band I was playing in, sadly it never came about.

Musical Ambition: Do more recording, I’d love to have one track that I could listen to and say “We couldn’t have played that better.” There’s always something that you’re never happy with.

If you had one wish: I don’t really know without getting too heavy, the same as most people I guess, health and happiness to family and friends, (plus the odd lottery win!!!!)
