Who are ‘The Tonemasters’?
The Tonemasters are a
highly polished and professional three-piece Band who exclusively
play 1950’s Style Rockin’ Blues and Rock n Roll Music. They
specialise in Rockabilly, Boppers, Strollers, Blues, Classic Rock n
Roll standards and Instrumentals of the 1950’s era. They also have
an ever-expanding catalogue of up to date self-penned original
material that is played in the original 1950’s style. Made up of top
class experienced musicians, the Band members have previously played
for some of the Country’s top touring Bands, including The Firebirds
and The ToppKatz, so you can guarantee that these musicians have
‘mixed it’ with Britain’s best.
What is different about
‘The Tonemasters’, what makes them exclusive?
This is an easy one to
answer. Basically it’s their variety. How many Bands today vary
their show to include songs by the classic artists such as Eddie
Cochran, Buddy Holly and Brian Setzer and then introduce some of the
more ‘obscure’ artists such as Sonny Fisher, Jack Earls and Joe
Bonamassa? Also take into account that the Band plays self-penned
original material, again to bring great variety to the show, there
can’t be many other Acts on today’s live music circuit that can
offer this amount of different styles within the Rockin’ 1950’s
music genre.
What type of Venues and
events can they perform at?
The Tonemasters can
perform at a wide variety of venues and events. As a Band, they have
two separate Public Address systems, one being a 500w system for
smaller venues and the other being a 3.5kw system for the largest of
hall type venues and open-air events. If a bigger system is
required, then this can be hired in at an additional cost. The Band
also supplies top quality lighting. They specialise in all types of
Open air and Indoor Festival events, Blues / Rock n Roll Clubs,
dedicated all-dayers and weekenders, to all manner of Parties and
Social occasions. These include Hot Rod / Classic Car Cruises and
Shows, Holiday Camps, Golf and Sports Clubs, Military
Establishments, Corporate Events, Social Clubs, Weddings,
Birthday’s, Anniversaries, Marquee Events, Fete’s, Carnivals, Summer
Balls, University Events, Gala’s, and Charity Dinners etc.
Do they mind travelling?
‘The Tonemasters’ travel

cheap, however, ‘The Tonemasters’ are priced to be very competitive
in today’s entertainment market place and they work very closely
with each promoter and event to ensure excellent value. Each gig is
individually priced depending on travelling expenses, performance
